What are the maximum size you can manufacture?

All our units are custom-made to meet your specific requirements. We recommend contacting us with your desired dimensions, as there are often multiple ways to achieve the size you need.

Here are some examples of typical single 2-door polycarbonate unit sizes (in metres):

Who fits your sukkaroofs?

To ensure the highest quality, we handle all installations ourselves within the UK.

 What structure is required to fit a Sukkaroof?

Once an opening is formed (by a builder of your choice), we require a timber upstand frame. Detailed specifications can be found here.

A polycarbonate-glazed Sukkaroof typically weighs between 160–280 kg, while a glass roof weighs approximately double. Some building inspectors may require structural calculations for the timber frame based on the roof’s exact weight. Generally, double trimmers (typically 225 mm x 50 mm) below the upstand are sufficient to meet structural requirements.

Can you fit a Sukkaroof on a pitched roof?

Yes, we can fit a Sukkaroof on a pitched roof. However, the upstand frame must be flat and level to ensure proper installation (see picture below). For guidance on creating a suitable upstand, please refer to the detailed specifications here.

How do I go about ordering?

You can provide order dimensions in one of two ways:

1. Customer/Builder Measurements: The customer or builder can take site measurements and supply them to us in writing. Please refer to our pre-order checklist here for guidance.

2. Site Survey: We also offer a free site survey to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.

Can I order the roof before I form the upstand?

To avoid errors, we strongly recommend ordering based on physical site measurements taken after the upstand has been formed.
